Although I'm not positive of the date, I think this is Spring 1954. From left, Joyce K., Gayle D., Barb N., Norma C., Sharon R., Deb P., Sylvia T., Jackie K., Mike S., Pastor Dean Frantz. Can't see him, but I'm guessing Forrest Kinsey, our Sunday School teacher took the photo. We were visiting Chicago.

How lovely you all were. Good to see Sharon R. and recall her. Our mothers worked together for a short time and she was rightly proud of her daughter. My own mother never bragged up her kids and she found this hard to take but Sharon's mom had every right,Sharon was special,we all knew that.Think of her often.
I have a letter from Sharon's mother that I treasure. Sharon had an older brother, born around 1932 or 1933 who died of pneumonia as a toddler. Our CBYF group was always welcomed at her home. My mother also never bragged--I think their generation thought it was bad for children.
